Ingredients for 4 persons
- 4 slices of white bread
- 100 gr of herb butter (butter with chive and parsley)
- 8 slices of Superano
Remove the crust of the bread.
Butter the bread with the herb butter.
Put the slices of Superano on top.
Roll up the slices into a cylinder.
Wrap them up tightly in tin foil.
Put the whole in the fridge.
Remove the tin foil.
Slice the cylinders into fine "medallions" and serve.
