Cordon Bleu of chicken with Superano and goat cheese

Ingredients for 4 persons

- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 4 large slices Superano ham
- 4 large slices goat cheese
- mixture of breadcrumbs and green herbs
- olive oil
- pepper and salt


Cut the chicken fillets lengthwise in two and flatten them between plastic foil.
First put a slice of Superano on one half of the chicken fillet, then add a slice of goat cheese and than the other half of the fillet (4x).
Add a bit of salt and pepper.
Place in the fridge for 10 minutes to chill.
Fry the fillets in olive oil  until golden brown on both sides.
Arrange the fillets in a oven tray and coat it with a mixture of breadcrumbs and green herbs.
Bake for about 10 minutes in a preheated oven (180-200°)

Delicious with a ratatouille of fresh seasons vegetables.
